Scary Playtoy Factory Escape

Scary Playtoy Factory Escape is my most recent shipped title, reaching 1 million downloads on Google Play — a horror adventure game set inside an abandoned toy factory where players must explore, solve puzzles, and escape before a lurking monster hunts them down.

I was responsible for building the entire gameplay experience from the ground up. This included engineering the player controller with a full interaction and pickup system, giving players the ability to examine objects, collect items, and trigger puzzle mechanics seamlessly within the environment.

The centerpiece of the horror experience is the monster AI controller — a custom-built enemy system that hunts the player dynamically, creating constant tension and unpredictability throughout the game. Alongside this, I implemented a Cinemachine-driven cutscene pipeline to deliver atmospheric story moments and heighten the horror experience at key narrative beats.

The result is an immersive, polished horror title that blends tight gameplay mechanics, environmental storytelling, and genuine suspense — downloaded over a million times and continuing to grow.
