Description
The Success Car Trade Dealership Simulator surpassed 5 million downloads on Google Play with a 4.0★ rating, establishing itself as one of the top-performing mobile simulation titles in its category. The game attracted a massive engaged player base worldwide, proving that deep, multi-layered simulation gameplay has a strong market at scale. My Role I was the sole developer and technical lead on this project — every system, mechanic, and architectural decision was designed and shipped entirely by me, from the first line of code to live release. What I Built
Economy System — Designed the complete car lifecycle loop: buying, repairing, upgrading, pricing, and selling vehicles with dynamic profit scaling and reinvestment progression.
AI NPC System — Built intelligent, reactive NPCs that populate and animate the game world, creating a living simulation environment.
Auction System — Developed a competitive vehicle acquisition system adding strategic depth to how players source inventory.
Scrap System — Implemented a scrap and salvage mechanic for monetizing low-value vehicles and managing inventory efficiently.
Car Buying & Selling System — Engineered the full transactional flow with pricing logic, condition assessment, and progression scaling.
Driving & Towing System — Built a physical driving system allowing players to navigate the open world and a towing mechanic for vehicle retrieval.
Day & Night Cycle — Implemented a dynamic day/night system that made the world feel alive and added atmosphere to the simulation.
The Takeaway This project represents the fullest expression of solo full-stack game development — conceiving, architecting, and shipping a complex multi-system game entirely independently, and having it resonate with millions of players worldwide.
